Where are you located?

Derptiles is based in the Bay Area, California, USA! While we don't have our own brick-and-mortar store yet, you can find our products at the ThousandSkies Store at Moment JTown in San Jose, Modern Mouse in Alameda, or Phoenix Herp in Arizona.

What are your processing/shipping times?

We ask that you please allow for up to 1 or 2 weeks for us to fulfill your order.

We'll always try to process the orders and get them to the post office as fast as we can, however there may be times where we are out-of-town to attend an event or convention and can't get to your order immediately. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you've placed the order and you haven't gotten any updates, please contact us with your order number.

[United States] Orders are shipped via USPS and can take 3-5 days to arrive.

[International] Depending on your country and shipping speed, it may take anywhere from 2 to 28 days to arrive.

[International Orders] Do you ship outside of the United States?

The easiest way to check is to try to checkout with your cart! If you're able to see shipping providers and shipping rates for your address, then we can ship to you.

[EU customers] Due to the new GPSR regulations beginning Dec. 14, 2024, we are no longer legally able to ship into Europe. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
