Refund policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product(s) you are returning was not on sale at the time of purchase;
- The product(s) are still in their original packaging and has not been damaged in any way;
- You accept responsibility for paying for the return shipping.
Please send an email to orders@derptiles.art with your order number to start the return process. We will not accept returns if you send us the product(s) without prior approval.
We are not responsible for refunds pertaining to packages marked by the shipping carrier as delivered or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address. You accept full responsibility in making sure you're properly filling out the shipping information. If you believe you have made a mistake, you must contact us at orders@derptiles.art before we ship out your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
