Shipping policy
We will do our best to package and ship the items to you as soon as possible, however there will be times that we won't be able to fulfill your orders immediately. We ask that you please allow for up to 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted, for us to ship out your order(s).
Please make sure you fill out your shipping address correctly as we are unable to refund any shipping costs. If your package has been sent out and then returned to us (due to reasons including, but not limited to: multiple attempted deliveries, failure to pay customs fees, incorrect address, etc.), you must pay for the shipping costs to have it sent again.
We are not responsible for refunds pertaining to packages marked by the shipping carrier as delivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address. You accept full responsibility in making sure you're properly filling out the shipping information. If you believe you have made a mistake, you must contact us at orders@derptiles.art before we ship out your order.
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact the shipping carrier associated with your tracking number. We are unable to provide assistance for orders that we have already dropped off to the shipping carriers unless it is returned to us, at which point you must pay for the cost of shipping to have it sent again.
If you're located outside of the United States, please make sure you understand your country's customs and import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for any fees that may arise due to your country's customs and/or import laws. It is imperative that you provide an email address that either we (Derptiles) or the shipping carrier can contact you by in case any issues arise during delivery. We do not process refunds for packages that are left unclaimed at your country's customs.
